To share with all of youWhen I was introduced to these exceptional olive oils and balsamic vinegars from a friend, I had no idea how they would bring a whole new flavor from around the world to my cooking, although I was already a pretty good cook (if I do say so myself). Not to mention the health benefits they provide, it was a no brainer for me and I had to share them with you. I opened my store in May of 2017, located in the London Square Mall in Northfield, NJ.

When you step in to our tasting room at CO&VS you get to experience first-hand the freshest olive oils from around the world. Let your taste buds be tantalized by our fused (agrumato method) like blood orange, lemon or limonato and our infused olive oils such as Wild mushroom and sage, Tuscan herb or chipolte, for that little extra bite.
Our balsamics won’t disappoint you either. The possibilities are endless with our naturally infused balsamics. Our balsamic condimento’s are caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy. Try drizzling espresso balsamic on some fine cheese or topping off your ice cream with our chocolate balsamic, make ice tea with our Cascadian wild raspberry white balsamic or add to sparkling soda for a refreshing drink.
